Define a visit and an exception
A hot tub care agreement should list the tasks at each visit, included supplies and the reporting routine. Keep repairs, refill work and missed-access charges explicit. Coordinate the guest schedule with the manager and require approval for extra work. A scheduled visit is not an unlimited repair service.

Give the model with a hot tub repair request
Record the tub’s model, visible symptom and recent service before asking for a diagnostic visit. Clarify the accepted equipment, callout charge and approval for parts. Keep completed-work and operating records with the manual. The Bend comparison worksheet helps distinguish repair terms from recurring care.
